Brian is a multi disciplined new product conception to market launch professional. He earned his Industrial Design degree in 1985 and was a new product designer/developer with leading Sydney product design/development consulting firms Design & Industry Pty Ltd and Paul Schremmer And Associates Pty Ltd.

Brian's vast Design & R&D experience includes: Tooth brush designs for Oral B. Telephone designs for Telecom Australia, STC and Anritsu Japan. Lawn movers for Victa. Ovens and range hoods for St. George Appliances. Garage hardware for B&D Doors. A large $1.5M portable enclosure for a satellite tracking telescope for Hitachi Japan. Air conditioning systems, mail boxes, plastic home wares and many more product types.

He has invented several patented products and has, developed & designed, patented, manufactured and sold his own highly successful product internationally via major USA, Europe and Australian retain chains and through the world's large TV home shopping network QVC.

Dean RossEngineering, Innovation

Dean is an engineer with international experience. He has worked on major mining projects in Canada and Papua New Guinea. His broad range of skills include: engineering design, CAD drafting, plant and equipment maintenance, welding, mining worker supervision and project management. His "Can Do" project management firm Tade Enterprises contracts his expertise to large scale gold, coal and gas mining operations across Australia.

Dean's broad knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering, his training and certification in the many facets of occupational health and safety and his natural talent for creative problem solving has earned him a reputation as an engineering innovator.

In 2013 Dean was awarded a THIESS Mining Safety Leadership & Excellence award for his innovation which reduced time, costs and increased the safety of lifting large equipment over water. And In early 2014 Dean's invention for simultaneously rotating up to 12 lengths of heavy pipe was tested, approved and deployed by a major mining company.

He is a computer savvy, new technology using, Industrial Designer / R&D professional. Breakthrough new products and their commercialization are his passion.

With an excellent knowledge of engineering physics, electronics, the many production methods of industry, and visual communication he is a critical member of the BIAXR innovation team. He can design, develop and create market support materials for any product type.

Timothy is a professional user of a wide range of design software including: Solid Works Pro, KeyShot Pro, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Premier -- he views them as tools for the realization of Authentic, Vision, Inspired and Driven breakthrough products.
